These are the current quotas and are subject to change — the Usage panel in the extension always shows the limits that apply to your account. The daily document limit counts documents created that day; deleting one does not restore the quota.
Checking your usage
Click your name in the manager header: the user panel shows how much of your plan's annotation and document limits you have used, plus a cloud storage bar (images, snapshots, and documents share the same pool).
What happens at a limit
- When you hit a per-page or per-day limit, a message explains why the annotation wasn't created.
- When the free total-annotation limit is reached, new annotations are still saved locally — upload to the cloud pauses until you're back under the limit. You can still edit and delete existing annotations.
- Items that cannot be uploaded (for example, an oversized snapshot) appear in the sync failures viewer with the reason — nothing is lost, the data stays local.
Upgrading
Open it from Go Pro in the manager header, Upgrade Pro in the panel's More menu or the popup, or any upgrade prompt. The upgrade panel shows your current plan, the plans you can buy with prices and durations, and a renewal preview (time from a renewal is added to your current expiry date). Payment is handled by the checkout page; orders — including the 14-day refund window — are available in the manager under Orders.
